Can I combine several items in one enquiry?
Yes. Select products, colours and quantities, then submit them together in one order request. You will receive a reference number after the request is saved.
Can I request something that is not listed?
Describe the product or reference in your brief, along with the quantity and intended use. Availability and sourcing would be confirmed before quoting.
Is there one minimum order for everything?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and branding method. Enter your preferred quantity and we will confirm the minimum with your quotation.
How long does a merchandise order take?
Timing depends on availability, branding, artwork approval and delivery requirements. Include your required arrival date so the final quote can confirm an achievable schedule.
Can packaging be included?
Describe the desired box, bag, insert or message card in the brief. Packaging should be checked against the final product dimensions and contents.
